Got Questions? We Have Answers

Find comprehensive answers regarding technical manufacturing standards, API hydrostatic testing, material specifications, and ordering procedures for M-RAO flow control products.

All M-RAO valves are engineered and manufactured in strict compliance with international manufacturing and safety standards, including API 600 / API 6D (Steel Gate & Ball Valves), ASME B16.34 (Valves Flanged, Threaded & Welding End), BS 5155 / API 609 (Butterfly Valves), and BS 5351 (Ball Valves). Our plant operates under a certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

Every valve manufactured at our Narol plant undergoes 100% hydrostatic and pneumatic testing per API 598 / BS 6755 Part 1 standards. We test Shell Hydrostatic pressure, High-Pressure Seat hydro test, and Low-Pressure Air Seat test. Each shipment is accompanied by a standard EN 10204 3.1 Chemical & Mechanical Material Test Certificate (MTC).

Yes! M-RAO Industries provides integrated automated valve packages. We pair our precision Ball and Butterfly valves with high-torque pneumatic double-acting or spring-return actuators, as well as electric quarter-turn actuators complete with limit switch feedback, solenoid valves, and electro-pneumatic positioners.

We manufacture valves across a wide spectrum of metallurgy: Cast Carbon Steel (ASTM A216 WCB), Stainless Steel (ASTM A351 CF8 / CF8M / SS304 / SS316), Ductile Iron (GGG40), Cast Iron (IS 210), and Aluminium Alloy. Pressure ratings available range from Class 150, 300, 600, to PN10, PN16, PN25, and PN40.

Our primary manufacturing unit and testing foundry are located in Narol, Ahmedabad (Gujarat), while our sales and regional dispatch center is in Darya Ganj, New Delhi. Standard off-the-shelf valves are dispatched within 24–72 hours, while custom-engineered project orders are produced and shipped within 2 to 4 weeks.
