All formal commercial quotations, prices, and delivery schedules issued by M-RAO Industries remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Orders become binding only upon receipt of a formal Purchase Order (PO) and written acceptance confirmation from our sales department.
M-RAO Industries warrants all manufactured valves, actuators, and strainers to be free from defects in material and factory workmanship for a period of 12 months from installation or 18 months from factory dispatch, whichever expires earlier. Defective components will be repaired or replaced ex-factory upon verification.
Every valve undergoes mandatory 100% hydrostatic and pneumatic testing per API 598 prior to packing. Clients or Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies (e.g. TUV, Bureau Veritas, SGS) are welcome to witness factory testing upon prior written notification and mutual schedule alignment.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise under C&F / CIF contract terms, dispatches are offered on an Ex-Works (EXW) Ahmedabad / Delhi basis. Risk of loss passes to the buyer or designated freight forwarder upon loading at our warehouse facilities.
M-RAO Industries shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from improper valve installation, fluid incompatibility beyond published ratings, or unapproved field modifications. Total liability is limited strictly to the invoice purchase value of the supplied valve unit.
Any disputes or legal proceedings arising from transactions with M-RAO Industries shall be governed by the laws of India and fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat or New Delhi, India.
